Kellogg's and Post are the only ones. If you go to Trader Joe's or you get brands from a vegan or Whole Foods store, then you're on the right track.
When we get our cereal we don't always mix it with other things, we just do it the way it is in the box.
Sometimes its raisins and other times its with almonds.
When we start off with a good brand we don't always want to mingle it with other things like Bagels from other stores we're not familiar with yet.
That is why vitamins are very essential to the body and rhythm of our way.
If we're around a lot of people and we're consistently getting up and moving, then vitamins are the only thing.
