There are many people out there. I can't really get a rhythm in and I really want to badly. 
How is the time? 
And where are you going with it? Do you remember kegels in aerobics class or yoga? Or even a side exercise video that tells you all about strengthening and toning? 
I can't tell either way if it will help me or not but I know I'm around thick skin and a lot. 
More than the average. 
A few sets of these on a weekend and a few weekends are very good to see results. 
And quickly. Especially if you've never done them before or hard.
